WEEE marketing guidelines (PR000450) 

Provides marking guidelines for the WEEE (Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment) of electrical and electronic assemblies designed by Viasat, Inc. It applies to Viasat products that do not fall under the military, government, or fixed site exemption as determined by the guidelines set forth in Directive 2002/96/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT (WEEE).

Reach data collection form (PR001165)

This form is used for parts designed by supplier (not built to a Viasat BOM) to identify all substances used in the products provided. At a minimum SVHC’s must be identified to determine REACH Compliance.

Environmental compliance RoHS self certification form (PR002005)

This form is used for suppliers to declare RoHS compliance for parts built to a Viasat BOM. Supplier can choose to declare all parts produced at facility or provide a list of parts that comply.

Environmental REACH self certification form (PR002006)

This form is used for suppliers to declare REACH compliance for parts built to a Viasat BOM. Supplier can choose to declare all parts produced at facility or provide a list of parts that comply.

Environmental declaration for packaging material template (PR000634)

This form is used to declare compliance to various environmental regulations and identify amounts of toxic and hazardous substances used for packaging material.

Manufacturers certificate of specific environmental conformance (PR001327)

This form is used to identify the use of any hazardous materials in the product(s).

PR002603 Full Material Declarations (FMD) Supplier Form

This form is used for Full Material Declarations (FMDs), REACH and RoHS declarations. It meets the requirements of Industry Standard form IPC 1752A and can be automatically loaded into Viasat’s Environmental Database.

PR002754 Full Materials Declarations (FMD) Supplier Form with SCIP

This form is used for Full Material Declarations (FMDs), REACH, SCIP, and RoHS declarations.  It meets the requirements of Industry Standard form IPC 1752a and can be automatically loaded into Viasat's Environmental Database
